Our preferred camera of choose is Flir which happen to be the recommended name and equipment used by the certified and respected institutes that provide the essential training.

More importantly we focus on using the Flir B series cameras, which we consider to be very important for this type of reporting. It varies from the T series that you may see other operators using in that the software features in it are specially focussed on the building industry including dew point indicators and insulation indicators built into the camera. The B series, particularly the B250 that we use in most cases, also has a lower thermal sensitivity, which makes seeing smaller changes clearer.

We recommend asking for Flir by name and insist that the operator is using a B series camera.
