Qualifications - (AINDT) Certified Level 1 Thermographer

Our senior management are trained to Level 1 standard at the University of Melbourne, Australia. The University is one of Australia’s premier training institutes and is an Accredited Qualifying Body for the Australian Institute of Non-destructive Testing. This Level One certification includes the fundamentals of thermography equipment operation, the principles on which the equipment depends, basic concepts of heat and temperature, modes of heat transfer and basic non-destructive testing methods other than thermography.

Our operators are required to be trained to level 1 standards by the Infrared Training Centre located here in New Zealand. We request that all our operators use Flir cameras and Trotec moisture meters and probes in order to achieve best results and insure that reporting is done to the highest of standards. The course meets the requirements of Australian standards AS 3998 and AS 3669.

Our company engage award winning Master builders that work within our organisation and assist our (AINDT and or ITC Inspector/Thermographers) with the Verbal and Written building reporting process from the collection of data taken from the property inspected.
