Our services include free estimates to repair defects that we may find while reporting. These estimates are available to the client at no additional cost and are produced by one of our groups contracted, experienced, Weather Tight Master Builder inspectors. These estimates can be extremely helpful when negotiating your property purchase and will provide you with a degree of confidence when dealing with the sale or purchase in order to give you a quantum of the repairs and a direction post reporting.

Report Types

After a detailed property audit, depending on the customers requirements, Leak Detective will present you with a comprehensive property report, either written or verbal, detailing any structural defects, property maintenance, moisture, leak and or heatloss issues that the propoerty may have (if any).
